Order Processing Time
- Customised orders take 1–3 business days to manufacture.
- Ready products are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 days
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 days
- Remote locations: 7–10 days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will make 3 attempts.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-shipping charges apply.
Damaged Shipments
In case of damage:
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Report within 24 hours of receiving the order
